Article Processing Charges

All articles published in this journal are freely available online (Open Access). This journal publishes online only, and does not provide commercial reprint services for articles published in any issue.

To achieve this, we charge Article Processing Charges (APCs) to cover the various publishing services we provide. These fees include providing online tools for editors and authors, article production and journal website hosting, article abstracting and indexing services, and customer service.

There are no fees charged during the submission and peer review process. Article processing charges (APC) / Article Publication Charges will be billed to authors upon editorial acceptance of the manuscript or prior to publication, with the following fees:

  • All authors from Indonesia: IDR -
  • Indonesian authors collaborating with foreign authors: USD -
  • All authors from the same country of origin (overseas): USD -
  • Authors in international collaborations: FREE

To ensure the sustainability of editorial management, peer review, and DOI activation, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts deemed suitable for publication. The APC amount will be communicated to authors following the completion of the review process.

This policy is implemented due to the discontinuation of institutional funding. The journal also provides the possibility of a fee waiver for manuscripts with significant scholarly contributions, subject to the editorial board’s discretion.

This fee covers operational costs in carrying out the publishing process:

  1. After checking the similarity of the articles using Turnitin, a final report will be sent to the authors upon request.
  2. DOI registration and activation for each paper.
  3. Review process services.
  4. Standard Editing Services.
  5. Layout services according to standard journal templates.
  6. Full-paper PDF files available for direct download.
  7. Publication Certificates.
  8. Archive management and maintenance.
  9. Metadata indexing services.

Further information regarding payment methods, fees, and due dates will be provided via email after the manuscript has been accepted for editorial review. For international authors, payment can be made via PayPal, while Indonesian authors are required to transfer the fee via bank transfer. Specific payment instructions and deadlines will be clearly outlined in the email sent to authors after their manuscript is accepted.

APC Exceptions

The editor may waive or partially waive the author fee in cases of insufficient funds, excessive length of the submitted manuscript, or other reasonable justification provided by the author during submission.

Authors must clearly state their request for a waiver in the comments to the Editor during the submission process. Requests for waivers are likely to be rejected if not submitted at this stage. Such waivers will not affect the outcome of the review process.

Writer
Those who withdraw their articles after publication or are proven to have committed double plagiarism at a later date will be subject to sanctions and a fine of USD 1000, because such actions can harm the journal and deplete its resources.
