The transition toward a sharia-compliant cashless society has created growing opportunities for the efficient and inclusive digital management of zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf (ZISWAF). Drawing on Social Cognitive Theory (SCT), this study examines the relationships among entrepreneurial attitudes, self-efficacy, Islamic financial literacy, digital ZISWAF payment adoption, and Muslim family economic performance. The study involved 250 Muslim respondents in Indonesia, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that Islamic financial literacy, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial attitudes have positive and significant relationships with digital ZISWAF payment adoption. Furthermore, Islamic financial literacy, entrepreneurial attitudes, and digital ZISWAF payment adoption are positively associated with Muslim family economic performance. These findings extend the application of SCT by demonstrating how cognitive and behavioral factors interact with digital Islamic philanthropic practices to strengthen economic performance at the family level. Practically, the findings underscore the need for integrated strategies that strengthen digital ZISWAF adoption and family economic resilience. Islamic financial institutions and ZISWAF organizations should prioritize practical financial literacy and self-efficacy programs, while developing secure, accessible, and user-friendly platforms integrated with family entrepreneurship and economic empowerment programs. Policymakers should strengthen an inclusive digital ZISWAF ecosystem to support financial literacy, trust, and sustainable family economic development.
